Established in 1975 as a Specialty Welding and Heat Treating Shop, we have evolved into a General Manufacturer with a large spectrum of metal working capabilities.
We build and/or repair Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Scrubbers, Columns, Reactors, Digesters, Nuclear Containment Vessels and Miscellaneous Tanks, Process Equipment, and manufacture Specialized Machinery and Equipment. Fabrication and repair is completed in accordance with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Sec. VIII, Div. 1 and The National Board Inspection Code.
Arc Controls operates out of our Mobile AL facility or, in many instances can perform repairs on site. We serve Industrial, Marine and Government customers. We are totally conscious of Cost, Quality, Delivery, Safety and the Environment.
Arc Controls also manufactures Pressure Vessels for Human Occupancy (PVHO). These include Diving Bells, Saturation Chambers, Transfer Locks, Hyperbaric Rescue Chambers and related equipment. These items can be ABS or DNV Classed as well as ASME PVHO certified.
