Site services. - We Specialize in ASME Code repairs in the Field that Require Machining after Welding. This Includes Flange Faces and Sealing Surfaces up to 120” in Diameter.
- Our jobs have included large Heat Exchangers, Off Shore Crane Pedestals, Vacuum Chamber and Retort Doors/Sealing Surfaces.
- Machining and Welding Projects can be Performed Worldwide.
Restoring flange face sealing surfaces from 2″ I.D. up to 60″ O.D
In cases where the sealing surface is beyond restoration with machining alone, Arc Controls can provide welding services including corrosion resistant overlay.
All work is completed in accordance with ASME and National Board Codes prior to final machining.
Line Boring services from 1” I.D. To 36” I.D. When needed welding services can be provided.
